Tras los primeros sencillos <em>\u201cLong Live Rock\u2019n\u2019Roll\u201d<\/em>, con la voz de Graham Bonnet, y <em>\u201cTemple Of The King\u201d<\/em>, con Ronnie Romero y Steve Morse se publica el tercer sencillo <em>\u201cKill The King\u201d<\/em> perteneciente al tercer LP de la banda, <strong>Long Live Rock\u2019n\u2019Roll.<\/strong> Escrita por Blackmore con Ronnie James Dio y Cozy Powell, cuenta con Bob Daisley, bajista de Rainbow entre 1977 y 1979; Vinnie Moore (<strong>UFO<\/strong>), Marc Lopes (<strong>Metal Church<\/strong>), Chris Adler (<strong>Megadeth<\/strong>) y Rick Wakeman.<\/p>\n<p>Chris Adler comenta. <em>\u201cLa historia de c\u00f3mo mi nombre termin\u00f3 aqu\u00ed probablemente provocar\u00eda una guerra generacional, as\u00ed que ateng\u00e1monos a los hechos: Rick Wakeman, Bob Daisley, Vinnie Moore. No son personas rindiendo homenaje a Rainbow, \u00a1SON Rainbow!\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Marc Lopes  <em>\u201caparecieron como dos tipos a los que les hab\u00edan dado la chaqueta verde en Augusta. Hice todo lo posible por honrar lo que el gran Cozy Powell construy\u00f3 y asegurarme de que el tema sonara con la fuerza que se merece. Creo que lo conseguimos, y fue un honor que me lo pidieran\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Tambi\u00e9n estaba emocionado de participar en \u201cKill The King\u201d. El legado de <strong>Rainbow <\/strong>es la esencia de todo lo pesado y \u00e9pico del rock, y no es solo mi opini\u00f3n que \u201cKill the King\u201d sea uno de los temas que sentaron las bases.
