La banda se form\u00f3 en S\u00e3o Miguel en septiembre de 1990, con Ricardo Santos, Dinis Costa, Miguel Ver\u00edssimo y Pedro Rodrigues con la intenci\u00f3n de crear algo que trascendiera los l\u00edmites de las islas. M\u00e1s de treinta a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, a trav\u00e9s de demos, \u00e1lbumes, v\u00eddeos, giras y cambios de formaci\u00f3n, esa misma ambici\u00f3n sigue vigente.
